If you are looking for a unique, rare and exclusive American automobile other than a Mustang or a Corvette and would like to experience and enjoy the fine art of driving with little maintenance…then this is your car. For additional information or pictures call or e-mail..

This unique and intriguing piece of American racing history is one of only a handful built and has slightly more than 600  miles.  Named Kellie by it’s team of builders, this collectible represents an exceptional investment opportunity.

Panoz was founded in 1989 by Daniel Panoz, who had applied in 1988 for a job at the Thompson Motor Company (TMC), an Irish car builder. When the company was liquidated, Dan seized the opportunity and bought the rights to one of the chassis TMC was using, designed by world renowned designer Frank Costin, the man who also built chassis for Maserati, Lotus and Lister.

Just over two years later after the birth of Panoz Auto Development, the first model came out, the 1992 Roadster. Built in the company's small factory in Atlanta, Georgia, the car set about reigniting the true spirit of the American roadster. By 1995 the AIV Roadster, the first American Aluminum Intensive production vehicle, came into full production.

In 1997 Dan’s father, Don, decided to enter racing to better promote his sons products. The difference between Panoz and many other manufacturers was that they strived to keep their racing versions as close to their road cars as possible.

The next model to come out of the Panoz plant was the Esperante GTR-1 and it was entered in the famous 24 Hours of Le Mans endurance race quickly became voted as “fan favorite” at the event.

Despite its Italian and Irish roots, Panoz Auto Development was as American as apple pie. Not a big volume manufacturer of cars, Panoz was able to treat their few cars with great respect, hand-crafting each car, and rigorously test them before they were handed to their owners. Panoz cars bear the ultimate mark of exclusivity.
All to the efforts in racing paid off in 2006 when Team LNT took a Panoz Esperante GTLM to the famed 24 Hours of Le Mans race and won the GT2 class beating out every major sports car manufacturer entered that year.

The whole idea behind Panoz was to build cars like the famed small coachbuilders of Europe in the 60’s and 70’s. Like in the early days of the European supercar movement, Panoz’s cars would be based on the mechanicals of reliable American manufacturers like Ford. The dependence on Ford running gear has the added benefit of owners gaining access to Fords vast dealer network for service. Panoz’s small dealer network in North America includes locations in Canada as well as Mexico.

Put in a nutshell, if you're looking for an American sports car with ultimate exclusivity and true performance as its heritage, Panoz is the only company to call on.

This particular collectible is one of only 26 Esperante’s built in 2006.  Each individually named and signed by everyone who worked on it’s creation.  This one is named “Kellie” and has just over 600 miles!
This car was purchased by a collector up in Montana and kept the car under wraps and was driven on special occasions in nice weather only.

If you missed the opportunity to buy a brand new Panoz back in 2006, this may just be the car for you.  The factory plastic carpet covering is still in the car and still has that brand new smell.  The factory car mats are in the trunk and never been stepped on.  The car is a perfect example with zero flaws anywhere on the car.
